As an Associate Project Manager Implementation, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end implementation of Spheras Product Stewardship Solutions. This includes managing project timelines, allocating resources, tracking budgets, and ensuring successful delivery from project initiation through completion. You will act as the primary point of contact between Sphera and client project teams, ensuring alignment with project goals, timely execution, and adherence to budget constraints, all while promoting a collaborative and productive team environment. In addition to core project management duties, you will contribute as a subject matter expert by conducting pre-project assessments, facilitating design workshops, and providing solution engineering support where needed. Key Responsibilities: Project Management (40%) Oversee project execution, ensuring timely delivery and quality of all deliverables. Plan and analyze project tasks, allocate resources, track progress, manage budgets, and conduct postmortems. Develop and execute project work plans, revising as necessary to meet evolving requirements. Utilize project management techniques to create project charters, scope statements, testing plans, and schedules. Assign individual responsibilities and oversee day-to-day project operations. Review deliverables before submission to the client, enforcing project standards. Conduct engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures. Mitigate project risks and ensure proper documentation. Provide status reports and performance metrics. Project Accounting (20%) Track and report team hours and expenses weekly. Manage project budgets, ensuring revenue recognition, accurate invoicing, and receivables monitoring. Follow up with clients regarding outstanding invoices. Analyze project profitability, revenue, margins, bill rates, and utilization. Ensure employees adhere to standard implementation methodologies. Solution Consulting (40%) Deliver solution design workshops with clients, leveraging subject matter expertise. Provide best-practice guidance on product implementation and configuration. Develop solution design documents, conduct requirements analysis, and create integration designs. Support system configuration, testing, training, and deployment. Collaborate with technical teams to deliver integration and reporting solutions. Qualifications: Education Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or equivalent experience. Experience Strong written and verbal communication skills, including technical and non-technical writing, editing, and presentation abilities. Project management and planning skills. Experience in client-facing project planning and issue resolution. Experience working with diverse solution delivery teams. 2 years of experience in IT project management Minimum 2+ years in project management roles. Additional Skills Fluency in English is required; proficiency in other languages is a strong asset.
