Property Manager Residential Rentals Location: Yonge & Eglinton, Toronto Property:19-storey residential building | 180 units Portfolio: 1 building | Approx. 23 leases/month Salary: $80,000 + Benefits + Bonus Your New Company Join a well-established property management firm overseeing a diverse portfolio of over 1,000 residential units across the GTA. This role is based at a prime midtown Toronto location, steps from transit, dining, and retail. Your New Role As the Property Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of a 180-unit residential rental building. You will oversee leasing, tenant relations, maintenance coordination, and financial performance. Youll work closely with an on-site Superintendent and report to senior management.
