In this role, you''ll focus on net-new advertiser acquisition reaching out to business owners, educating them on the platform, pitching the value of advertising, and helping them launch their first campaigns. Proactively prospect, pitch, and activate new small and medium-sized business advertisers: Use consultative selling to educate businesses on how we can drive awareness, engagement, and growth through digital advertising. Familiarity with digital advertising, paid social, or media sales is a plus; strong prospecting skills and comfort with high-volume outreach are essential. Salary and Benefits Earn base pay ($24 CAD/hr) + commission. You''ll also receive reimbursement for certification and have the opportunity to work from home. This gig requires a minimum 32 hours per week commitment, Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm EST. However, you''re welcome to work more hours if desired. Key Performance Metrics Activate a minimum of 20 new business advertisers per month. Drive an average of $1,000+ in spend per activated advertiser. Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and CRM hygiene. Contribute to team revenue goals and advertiser graduation readiness. Required Skills and Qualifications Two years of validatable sales experience is required. No active contracts with other gigs while working with us. A comprehensive background check (Criminal, Credit, and Employment) is mandatory. This is an outbound sales role that involves consultative selling to existing leads and sourcing new leads.
