In this role, you will support Whirlpool Corporation, a leading kitchen and laundry appliance company with brands like Whirlpool, Maytag, KitchenAid, and JennAir. What Are We Looking For? We seek a motivated Sales & Service Coordinator to support our Trade Partner Team. You will provide product knowledge and sales support to consumers, retail sales associates, and trade partners. Ideal candidates have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude. Responsibilities Manage inbound/outbound calls regarding orders, inquiries, and escalations. Respond to emails from consumers and trade partners within set timelines. Confirm and modify orders/deliveries. De-escalate issues and coordinate with teams to resolve challenges. Manage orders to ensure quality and fulfillment. Communicate processes and policies clearly. Follow SOPs and support sales and supply chain functions. Analyze data to identify trends and process improvements. Qualifications Proficient in English (written and verbal). 1-2 years customer service experience. Experience with appliances or consumer electronics is a plus. Post-secondary education preferred. Excellent communication skills. Based in Mississauga, ON, working Monday to Friday. Comfortable with Google Suite and Microsoft applications. Ability to pass a criminal background check.
