Direct message the job poster from Adecco Adecco is currently hiring a full-time detail-oriented and analytical Data Integrity Administrator for a contract position to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and quality of data across our clients systems in Lloydminster, AB. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining data standards, supporting compliance, and enabling effective decision-making by managing and validating critical business data. Location: Lloydminster, AB Shift: 40hrs/week Job type: Temporary | Full-time | 12-month contract Reasons to apply: Paid weekly, accurate, and on time Strong health and safety programs Medical and dental benefits upon qualification Free training programs Streamlined onboarding process Responsibilities: Create Thickness Survey event types and import NDE Shooters or manually enter UT/RT readings. Create and enter data for PSV Servicing event types. Manage the staging area for new equipment. Create new CML locations and link them to equipment components. Create VE/VI events and enter report data. Run queries/filters for equipment due for inspection by year. Manage the LC-AssetIntegrity email inbox. Upload inspection reports into SAP BW / EDMS. Manage the electronic Engineered Pressure Enclosure (EPE) catalogue. Scan hardcopy EPE design information and add it to the electronic EPE catalogue. Digitize Mechanical Turnover packages from previous Turnarounds and Outages. Order office supplies as needed. Book meetings as required. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications and Skills: 8+ years of experience in oil & gas, with at least 5 years in an administrative role. High school diploma; preference for post-secondary certificates/diplomas/degrees. Experience with SAP. Experience managing integrity management software such as PCMS, RBMI, MaxiTrack. Strong communication skills and the ability to communicate concisely. Ability to read engineering drawings (general arrangements, isometric drawings, P&IDs). Highly organized and capable of managing multiple priorities. Effective time management skills. Self-motivated and proactive. Focused and detail-oriented. Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team. Legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.
