Summary: The Affinity Group Account Manager is responsible for planning and executing a customized sales strategy for their assigned operator accounts. This role requires deep knowledge of accounts, building and maintaining close relationships with decision-makers and chefs at all assigned operators. The main goal is to secure new product placement at these accounts. Duties and Responsibilities: Provide strong representation of all products sold. Maximize sales potential with all products at every account. Achieve sales projections and targets. Participate in industry trade shows. Perform other duties as assigned. The successful candidates must possess the following knowledge, skills, and abilities: Minimum of 5+ years of foodservice experience. Experience working with major distributors, contract feeders, and regional and chain accounts. Proven track record in foodservice sales, with excellent understanding of marketing and operator programs. Excellent written and oral communication skills, with a strong command of English. Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Intermediate level computer skills. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Exceptional customer service skills and ability to multi-task. Effective presentation skills, both in boardrooms and kitchens. Self-starter capable of working independently. Physical Requirements / Working Conditions: Must be able to perform essential job functions. Work may occur in office, warehouse, or restaurant environments. Ability to stand for extended periods, walk, bend, stoop, or climb. Potential exposure to dust; ability to lift/push up to 50 pounds. Flexible work hours, including some weekends.
