Posting will close 4th June 2025. This position requires working in the Taber/Lethbridge branch office, with periodic travel to other AFSC branches. Travel expenses will be reimbursed according to AFSCs policies. As the Relationship Manager Insurance, you are a self-starter and a great communicator. You bring a passion for outstanding client service and knowledge of Alberta and the Agriculture industry. You are the main point of contact for delivering AFSCs products and services with a client-centric approach. Growth opportunities in this role include: Learning about AgriInsurance and AgriStability Interacting with clients and understanding their risk management needs Participating in in-house learning and development programs Responsibilities: Support and service new and existing client accounts following AFSC policies. Respond to complex client requests to maintain relationships. Manage client portfolios, including renewals and collections. Prepare proposals supported by analysis for approval. Ensure quality service and profitable growth by managing client relationships. Enhance client experience through sales and service interactions. Follow established procedures to meet goals. Assist peers in managing client relationships using relevant systems. Identify issues or needs, analyzing potential causes and barriers. Share insurance expertise with peers to foster learning. Qualifications: Minimum: College Diploma with 2 years of related experience OR University Degree with some related experience. Preferred: College Diploma with 4 years of related experience OR University Degree with 2 years of related experience.
