Note: This position is based in the Stettler branch office. Periodic travel to other AFSC branches may be required, with expenses reimbursed according to AFSCs Expense Policy. Position Summary Reporting to a Team Leader Lending, the Relationship Manager Lending is responsible for providing lending expertise, including knowledge of AFSC products and clients business operations, to support clients effectively. Growth Opportunities Develop expertise in agricultural and commercial lending. Take on leadership and mentorship roles within the Lending Team. Participate in developmental learning opportunities. Key Responsibilities Manage and grow a lending portfolio. Prepare and submit quality loan applications supported by financial analysis and risk mitigation strategies. Engage with clients through in-person and digital platforms. Qualifications Minimum: Related diploma and two years of related experience. Preferred: Related university degree and four years of related experience. Candidates may be considered based on a combination of education and experience.
