Posting will close June 24, 2024. This position is required to work in the Provost, Wainwright, St. Paul or Vermilion branch office. Periodically, may be asked to work in other AFSC branches. Travel in these circumstances will be reimbursed according to AFSCs Employee and Board of Directors Expense Policy. Reporting to a Team Leader Lending, the Relationship Manager Lending is responsible for providing lending expertise coupled with basic knowledge of specific AFSC products and some acquired knowledge of the clients business/operations in providing such support. Growth Opportunities Expand and develop your subject matter expertise in agricultural and commercial lending. Leadership and mentorship role within the Lending Team. Participation in in-house and outside developmental learning opportunities. Responsibilities Manage and grow a lending portfolio. Prepare and submit quality loan submissions supported by strong financial analysis and risk mitigation. Enhance client interactions using in-person and digital platforms. Qualifications Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with internal and external partners. Results-oriented and accountable, with a passion for working with a client portfolio. Minimum Qualifications Related diploma and two (2) years of relevant experience. Candidates may be considered based on a combination of education and experience.
