Youll be the linchpin who keeps daily operations humming and supports our financial backbonewhile gaining unmatched visibility into strategic decision-making alongside the CEO and our CPA-led finance team.What Youll Do Office Leadership: Serve as the first point of contactgreet visitors, manage mail, stock supplies and ensure a seamless workplace. Coordinate executive calendars, prep materials for leadership meetings, and draft key correspondence. Identify and implement process improvements: from filing systems to new office technologies. Financial Support: Assist with month-end close: prepare P&L variance notes, balance-sheet reconciliations and summary reports. Handle billing & payments workflows: generate invoices, follow up on receivables, process vendor payments and manage HST/WSIB filings. Support payroll administration: benefits deductions, CRA remittances and accurate submissions. Maintain and refine financial dashboards in Excel; collaborate with our Director of Finance on audits and tax prep.Who You Are Hands-On Experience: Youve spent 13 years running billing, payments and day-to-day office managementenough to know the ropes, but youre not looking for a pure expert role. Smart & Energetic: You jump into new challenges with enthusiasm, learn quickly, and elevate every project you touch. Detail-Driven: You catch inconsistencies in a spreadsheet and inefficiencies in a workflow before anyone else.
