STAN is looking for a motivated and goal-oriented Business Development Manager who is passionate about new technology. We are hiring a full-time position to help grow internationally. To learn more, feel free to visit our website at Responsibilities End-to-end sales from initial reach out to closing new business deals Cold outreach, following up new business opportunities and setting up discovery meetings Communicating with prospects to understand their needs and explain service value Leading customer demos and presentation Collaborating with internal departments to facilitate prospects needs Research and compile relevant prospect lists Keeping accurate records notes within the CRM Planning and creating proposals and sales collateral as needed for individual Meet sales goals with set KPIs for calls, meetings, proposals and closing deals Extensive and accurate product knowledge Writing emails and creating email sequences with the CRM for different lead funnels Other duties as determined by management and/or direct supervisors Qualifications 1 to 3 years of BSB Saas sales experience Startup experience or experience working in small teams Property management experience is preferred University/college degree is preferred Strong written and verbal communication skills Detail oriented and analytical Must have strong computer skills and be familiar with common programs (ex: Excel, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, etc.) *PLEASE NOTE, THIS IS A FULL TIME IN OFFICE ROLE.
