Job Description

Administrative Support Role This administrative support role is responsible for providing exceptional service to clients and supporting the Financial Advisor team. We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual with excellent administrative skills, who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment and make prompt, pragmatic choices that prioritize client needs. Manage and maintain all paperwork, documents, and files; Prepare professional correspondence and reports; Respond to requests for information in a timely manner; Service clients'' general day-to-day requests; Communicate internally with various operational and administrative departments; Maintain the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software; Manage our WOW service client program; Initiate and manage a proactive social media campaign. Requirements: Minimum 2 years of administrative experience; Post-secondary education; Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Internet Explorer, and business-related software; Previous experience using Social Media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram & YouTube); Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills; The ability to learn independently; A proactive self-starter with a ''can do'' attitude; Pay meticulous attention to detail; Prioritize and manage multiple deadlines and tasks; Work in a team environment and demonstrate a professional and friendly manner. Assets: Previous experience using a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software; Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC).
