We are looking for a highly skilled and dedicated coordinator who can excel in a fast-paced environment, think critically, and prioritize client satisfaction. Manage and maintain accurate records and documents; Create professional documents and communications; Respond promptly to client queries; Offer ongoing support to clients and internal teams; Nurture strong relationships with internal stakeholders; Guarantee seamless CRM system functionality; Lead our WOW service client initiative; Design and implement targeted social media strategies.
