These may include roles in:AME-M (Mechanical)AME-S (Structures)Courses may focus on topics such as aircraft systems, engines, electronics, avionics, electrical generation and distribution, structures and repairs, or troubleshooting techniques in accordance with CAR 566 requirements.Qualifications:Valid AME license (M, E, or S) in good standingMinimum 5 years of relevant industry experience in aircraft maintenance, avionics, or structuresStrong knowledge of applicable Transport Canada CAR 566 standardsExcellent communication and organizational skillsPrior teaching, training, or mentoring experienceCertification in adult education or instructional techniques (or willingness to obtain)Experience working with learning management systems and instructional technologyResponsibilities:Plan, deliver and evaluate effective learning related to the course learning outcomes and Transport Canadas regulatory standardsSupport hands-on lab and shop learning activities in a safe, effective learning environmentAssess student learning and provide meaningful feedbackContribute to curriculum development and continuous improvementStay current with regulatory and industry changes impacting AME trainingPerform all responsibilities associated with the learning environment including preparation, delivery, and evaluation of theory and practical learning activitiesApplications will be accepted by the Organizational Development and Talent Management Department through our Career Portal at12:00 p.m., on the closing date.
