Surrey, BC, CanadaJob DescriptionPosted Sunday, May 18, 2025 at 4:00 AMAbout UsWe are an established Canadian facility maintenance company providing a variety of services to large retail and commercial businesses nationally.Our benefits include health, dental, vision, and a pension plan after 1 year.Job SummaryThis role involves leading, managing, coordinating, and implementing daily janitorial services across multiple store or site locations within the designated area or territory.Key Focus Areas:Customer Experience & RetentionPerformance of Partners & CleanersStore Operations (budgets, profitability, KPIs)Quality Standards & AuditsTrainingCost ManagementIncreasing Revenue & ProfitsAdherence to Policies & GuidelinesSupport to other Area ManagersPlanning & Budgeting:Participate in developing annual plans, budgets, and sales opportunities.Implement store-level budgets.Develop strategies to ensure sustainability and profitability.Customer Relationships & Communication:Build strong relationships with store-level customers and partners.Serve as the main contact for communication between United and the customer.Address customer concerns and provide solutions.Support regional management in meetings with key stakeholders.Conduct regular meetings and reporting on store audits and issues.Internal Communication:Coordinate store-level communication with Partners.Set expectations, provide training, coaching, and participate in cross-functional meetings.Process Compliance:Lead process initiatives and store-level audits.Manage business operations using United technologies.Support operational processes and KPIs.Support partner changeovers, material ordering, inspections, and compliance.Cost Management & Controls:Manage store-level revenue, costs, budgets, and margins.Monitor assets and support new business transitions.Workforce & Performance Management:Co-lead partner performance management.Recruitment, Training & Development:Support hiring, onboarding, and training of Partners.Lead in-store training and mentoring.Monitor and improve partner performance.Education & Experience:Degree in business administration or related field.Minimum 5 years in janitorial or operational environments.3-5 years in a supervisory role. #J-18808-Ljbffr
