We do our best work for brave brands and people who relish being challenged to go further and faster, together.Role Summary And ImpactIn the position of Account Supervisor eCommerce, you will be part of agency performance group and lead a team focused on commerce. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of various ecommerce marketing initiatives for clients. You will work in collaboration with commerce media partners (Amazon, Walmart, Instacart, etc.) for the growth of your clients and brand. You lead and are directly accountable of all ecommerce strategy, activation and performance towards your clients business goals.Key ResponsibilitiesCreate, manage, and execute strategic commerce media plans to meet client performance goals.Contribute as a leader to coach and develop your team of commerce marketing professionals across multiple accounts.Lead partnerships with various commerce media partners (Google, Amazon, Walmart, Criteo, Instacart, Loblaws and others).Create, present and gain client approval campaign strategies and tactics.Work with clients to uncover business needs and objectives, build appropriate strategies and identify/implement services to help achieve client goals.Forecast, generate, and maximize revenue opportunities with clients.Monitor, track, evaluate and optimize campaign performance to maximize client investment.Develop, maintain and refine trusted relationships with the client.Proactively identify and solve client risks before they escalate.Meet clients expectations with clear communication, organization of priorities and needs, and responsiveness.Demonstrate thought leadership for clients and the industry.Build on an existing level of commerce media expertise and develop a reputation for innovation and efficiency within GroupM.Provide effective analysis to support marketing recommendations.Scope and develop new brands looking to meet their commerce goals within our clients portfolioStay up to date with industry trends and developments in commerce marketing, digital marketing, consumer behaviour, generative AI, etc.Aid in creation of new business presentations, POVs, best practices and process documentation.Foster teamwork and a constructive work environment.Identify training opportunities to improve the knowledge and skills of the team.Provide team leadership that rewards collaboration, creativity and performance.RequirementsMinimum of five (+5) years of paid media experience (Google, Bing, Meta, TikTok).Minimum of two (+2) year of ecommerce experience (Amazon, Criteo, Instacart, Walmart).History of successful account management history and team leadership in a multi-talent inclusive environment.Analytical and creative problem-solving skills.Demonstrated track record of client relationship development and service.Desire to interact in a professional manner and deal with clients face-to-face.Proven ability to lead successful campaigns and brands.Superior verbal and written skills with outstanding presentation ability.Ability to understand and educate others on how digital media platforms work and how to get the most out of them.Experience with analytical tools (Google Analytics, Amazon).Experience with Bid Management tools (SA360, PacVue, Sellics).High level of technical proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.Technical and analytical mindset.Capacity to Increase efficiency and production capacity.Prior experience in an agency environment highly desired, who have experience in handling media partner representatives and participating on digital media publisher relationships.Google Search Professional Certification mandatory.Amazon Certification, Facebook Blueprint and any other industry certifications are great assets.Life At WPP Media & BenefitsOur passion for shaping the next era of media includes investing in our employees to help them do their best work, and were just as committed to employee growth as we are to responsible media investment.
