Strategy & Operations Consultant Location: Vancouver, BC (Hybrid ) Contract: 12-months Rate: $55.46/hourWere hiring a Strategy & Operations Consultant to help drive the expansion of non-restaurant verticals such as grocery and retail across international markets, including Canada and Australia. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives on building from scratch and scaling smart.Youll own merchant acquisition strategy, category planning, and go-to-market execution and play a pivotal part in shaping the merchant experience in new categories. What Youll Do:Lead acquisition and selection strategy for non-restaurant categories across target marketsBuild and maintain merchant pipeline plans, backed by strong market intelligencePartner across Sales, Operations, Product, and Enablement to drive merchant onboarding and early successLaunch acceleration initiatives in high-opportunity areasBalance strategic planning with detailed execution, owning results across the funnel What You Bring:5+ years experience in strategy, consulting, business operations, analytics, or high-growth environmentsAdvanced skills in Excel (modeling, forecasting) and SQL (data analysis)Track record of launching, scaling, or optimizing business operations in fast-paced settingsStrong cross-functional communication and stakeholder managementComfort working across global teams and time zones Ideal Backgrounds:Experience in grocery, retail, CPG, marketplaces, or technology sectorsConsulting, strategy, or entrepreneurship exposureFamiliarity with international expansion or go-to-market operations a plus
