Located in Lvis, the Les Marronniers residence offers a friendly, stimulating work environment. We have a dedicated and caring team for independent seniors and those with mild impairments. We are currently seeking two temporary part-time daytime beneficiary attendant positions. Candidates must have an AP/RPA or DEP (Degree of Professional Qualifications) in Personal Assistance in Institutions and at Home, or a RAC certificate, or 5,000 hours of experience in the last 5 years as a PAB (Personal Assistance Program) up-to-date 16-hour CPR completed PDSP. POSITION DESCRIPTION: Schedule A: One 6/14 daytime position, 6:30 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. Schedule B: One 5/14 daytime position, 7:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist and/or accompany residents in getting around Contribute to the adjustment of a residents'' action plan based on their observations Contribute to the development of a residents action plan based on their observations Distribute medication in pill organizers and provide some invasive care (as needed and provided you have the necessary training) Respond to all emergency situations While interacting with them, report any noticeable changes in a residents mental or physical health to the on-call nurse.
