We are adding a Salesforce Solution Architect to our Service Cloud practice! Working with our Service Cloud Practice Lead, you will bring Salesforce projects to life by understanding client needs, designing, developing, QA-ing, and launching solutions. You will contribute significantly to our success by working with a talented team, exciting clients, and partnering with our AI team. You will have the opportunity to: Facilitate business process reviews to identify customer requirements. Translate requirements into Salesforce design, leveraging best practices. Configure Salesforce Service Cloud solutions. Develop technical requirements and specifications. Incorporate UX best practices into solution delivery. Manage project aspects and client communications. Deliver end-user training and documentation. Oversee project completion and quality. Exercise independent judgment on enterprise projects. Lead discussions with contact center and customer service leaders. Partner with the AI team to create innovative Salesforce solutions. Required Qualifications: 3+ years of technical consulting and project management experience. 2+ years of Salesforce project delivery experience. Deep understanding of Salesforce administration (Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Force.com). Expertise in designing Service Cloud solutions using declarative configuration. Experience with Experience Cloud and CRM Analytics (preferred). Ability to document requirements and understand technical solutions involving Apex, VisualForce, Web Services. Experience leading Salesforce deployments, including integrations and code development. Experience managing SDLC, code management, and project methodologies. Experience leading enterprise Service Cloud projects. Proven ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines. Preferred Skills: Ability to assess and improve business processes with Salesforce. Strong customer relationship skills and team collaboration. Salesforce certifications (Admin, Advanced Admin, Sales/Service Cloud, CPQ, Platform Developer, App Builder), with multiple certifications preferred. BSc in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar, or equivalent experience.
