The ideal candidate will have experience and familiarity with the eLearning industry, excellent communication skills, a customer-first attitude, and a strong desire to succeed in a competitive sales environment. You will be responsible for identifying customer needs, recommending appropriate products or services, and closing sales to help us grow our business. Key Responsibilities: Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support Prospect for new leads Performing demonstrations and presentation for customers and teaching them how to use the our products or services Generate leads and actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and client relationships Present, promote, and sell eLearning products/services to existing and prospective clients Overcome objections and negotiating with leads Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule Prepare yearly sales plans and execute them Keep records of sales, revenue, and customer data Build and maintain positive relationships with clients for recurring business Other sales related duties as needed. Qualifications and Skills: Proven work experience as a Salesperson, Sales Associate, or similar role in the eLearning industry (minimum 2 years) Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets A degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus Compensation and Benefits: Base salary plus commission Opportunities for career advancement and professional development
