Our projects, showcased on our website, highlight the diverse and impactful work were proud to deliverfrom large-scale commercial builds to intricate custom solutions.Ladouceur Mechanical is seeking alicensed plumberto join our growing team, offering competitive pay, opportunities for professional development, and a supportive work environment.Duties:- Read and interpret drawings and specifications, primarily mechanical drawings.- Participate in reviewing project drawings and specifications to provide input and ensure compliance with standards.- Use trade expertise to develop safe work practices, documentation, procedures, and emergency response protocols.- Prioritize and complete assigned work orders independently or as part of a team.- Perform the installation of plumbing systems, equipment, and fixtures.- Conduct rough-ins and installations for piping connections, fixtures, and equipment.- Handle the installation, repair, and maintenance of domestic and commercial plumbing and heating systems.- Install and repair a variety of piping systems, including Copper, PEX, PVC, XFR, Black Pipe, and Cast Iron.- Measure, cut, and install piping utilizing both hand and power tools.Qualifications:- Possess valid trade licenses.- Maintain a valid drivers license with a clean driving record.- Hold certifications such as WHMIS, MOL 4 Step, and Working at Heights.- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues in plumbing systems and commercial-grade equipment.- Operate necessary tools and equipment for installing, repairing, and maintaining systems, components, and fixtures.- Demonstrate experience in construction site environments.- Consistently follow Health & Safety protocols and prioritize safe work practices.- Exhibit excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.- Collaborate effectively within a team setting.- Display strong attention to detail.- Maintain a reliable attendance record.When you join Ladouceur Mechanical, youre not just joining a companyyoure becoming part of a legacy.
