Key Responsibilities : Assist the Director of Design and Construction in managing project timelines, budgets, procurement, documentation, closeout, and design phases. Support communication between consultants, contractors, and stakeholders. Track progress, prepare reports, andhelpensure project alignment with goals. Assist in reviewing and tracking construction drawings, shop drawings, change orders, RFIs, and etc. Attend site visits, design meetings, construction meetings, prepare meeting minutes, and etc. Qualifications : 5years of Canadian experience in construction or development. Strong organizational and communication skills. Proficient in MS Office and Procore, project management software. Bachelors degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or related field is a Plus. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving. This is a great opportunity to grow within a dynamic and fast-paced development environment.
