Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, the Reliability Supervisor plays a crucial role in maintaining optimal performance of plant assets through strategic reliability management. This position leads extensive reliability initiatives and programs while pursuing a zero unplanned downtime goal and continuous improvement of OEE. Monitor and update daily downtime reports with detailed analysis and maintain reliability schedules Ensure equipment maintenance meets customer contract requirements Asset Management & Analysis Conduct Root Cause Analysis on equipment failures Complete vibration monitoring routes and generate work orders Primary analyst for equipment operating data and maintenance deficiencies Strategic Planning & Optimization Research and support the implementation of new equipment solutions Optimize maintenance strategies, concepts, and planning processes Maintain high-quality technical documentation and CMMS asset data integrity Promote equipment standardization and recommend spare parts inventory Build strong relationships with department leaders Primary contact for maintenance management performance indicators Millwright, Industrial Mechanic, Welding, or equivalent trade qualification
