Whats In It For You Competitive salary of $55K$65K Full health and dental benefits RRSP matching program Hybrid work flexibility Supportive team culture with room to grow Key Responsibilities Draft clear, compelling, and customized proposal content for RFPs, RFQs, and EOIs across multiple sectors Collaborate with business development, estimating, and operations teams to gather project-specific information and technical insights Conduct background research to support proposal narratives and align with client expectations Tailor boilerplate material and create new content that reflects the company''s brand and voice Ensure consistency, clarity, and compliance with submission guidelines Assist with editing, proofreading, and formatting documents to ensure a polished final product Support the maintenance of the content library, including resumes, case studies, and project descriptions Qualifications Bachelors degree in English, Communications, Journalism, or a related field 13 years of professional writing experience, ideally in proposals, grant writing, marketing, or similar fields Excellent written communication skills with strong grammar, structure, and clarity Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel); familiarity with Adobe InDesign is an asset Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team Make an Impact With Your Words This role is a great fit for a motivated writer who enjoys crafting compelling narratives and contributing to the growth of a successful company.
