Job Description

Our client is hiring for an Office Manager (Contract) to provide essential administrative and HR support at a long-term care facility. This role involves a blend of day-to-day administrative duties with a focus on payroll, accounts receivable/payable, and employee data entry. The ideal candidate will be comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment while supporting both internal operations and resident/family interactions.Location and work model: On-site in Vaughan Pay rate: $28/hourSchedule/hours: Full time Monday to FridayContract duration: Initial 46 weeks, with a possibility of extensionResponsibilities:Provide general administrative support across multiple functionsHandle accounts receivable, billing, and accounts payable tasksProcess payroll for approximately 200 biweekly employeesEnter and maintain employee information and updates in payroll systemsSupport benefit enrollments, changes, and related HR documentationAssist with onboarding of new hires and employee data updatesInteract with residents and families, responding to general inquiriesEnsure accurate invoice processing and payroll entriesCollaborate with scheduling personnel to implement payroll changesRequirements:3-5+ years of experience in office administration and management Experience with PointClickCare or similar systems for billing and AP/AR tasks Strong experience with payroll processing and benefit administrationExperience in a healthcare or long-term care is a mustExcellent communication and multitasking skillsMust have completed or be willing to complete:Vulnerable Sector Check Tuberculosis testing Ability to work on-site and start immediately
