This is an opportunity to step into a hands-on safety role where youll help shape processes, build relationships, and foster a culture of safety across diverse work environments.If you are collaborative, solution-focused, and interested in building your Health and Safety career, please apply today!Please note, this position will require some driving to different work sites therefore you must have a valid drivers license and be insurable to operate company vehicles.Responsibilities:Manage safety records, documentation, and vendor pre-qualification portalsSupport safety audits and help align operational practices with regulatory and internal standardsCoordinate and deliver safety training sessions, adjusting to a variety of learning styles and comfort levelsBuild approachable, professional relationships with frontline teams to promote a consistent safety cultureMaintain WCB claims files and reportingParticipate in policy reviews, offering input and recommendationsWork collaboratively with leadership, providing updates and insights while running with assigned projects independentlyWho You Are:A reliable, adaptable individual with strong organizational and communication skillsHealth and safety exposureand/or education is required.
