Were looking for a hands-on, entrepreneurial Retail Store Manager to launch and lead the re-launch of Westbeach. Youll own everything related to the retail side of the business, from day-to-day operations to building a team, creating an incredible customer experience, and developing systems and a culture that can grow with us.The right person has strong retail experience and thrives in a fast-paced, startup-like environment. Theyre a natural leader, and someone people love being around. Theyre confident making tough calls, detail-oriented, and know how to bring structure without slowing things down. Youll be on the ground floor of building not just a store but a space that reflects the original Westbeach spirit.Its a big role with a lot of responsibility. It will take weekends and being around when others might not be. The first couple of years will be especially hands-on.
