The Extruding Machine Setup and Operator will be responsible for setting up and operating extruding machines to produce plastic products according to specifications. Daily tasks include monitoring machine performance, making necessary adjustments, conducting quality checks, maintaining equipment, and ensuring optimal production efficiency. The operator will also troubleshoot issues, record operational data, and comply with safety regulations and standard operating procedures.Qualifications* MUST HAVE Experience with setting up and operating extruding machinesTechnical skills in machine maintenance and troubleshootingUnderstanding of quality control procedures and quality assuranceAbility to read and interpret technical specifications and blueprintsStrong attention to detail and problem-solving skillsAdherence to safety regulations and standard operating proceduresHigh school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training is an assetPrevious experience in a manufacturing or production environmentEffective communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team
