As a Gender Equality Advisor, you will be part of a dynamic team working towards creating a more inclusive and equitable society. About the Role: The successful candidate will analyze and review draft institutional diagnoses, revise policy documents, and develop training plans for communities and staff. They will also contribute to the elaboration of strategies aimed at promoting gender equality. Volunteer Responsibilities: Analyze and review draft institutional diagnoses Revise policy documents to promote gender equality Develop training plans for communities and staff Team Collaboration: You will work closely with local partners, including Centro de Derechos Para la Mujer (CDM), to achieve project goals and objectives.
