AI Chemistry Trainer We are seeking a highly skilled chemist to evaluate the performance of AI models in various chemistry-related tasks. About the Role This is a remote position that requires expertise in chemistry, including but not limited to formulation science, development chemistry, analytical chemistry, chemical engineering, medicinal chemistry, and biochemistry. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of inductive and deductive reasoning, physical, temporal, and spatial reasoning, and be detail-oriented. Key Responsibilities Evaluate the quality produced by AI models for correctness and performance. Give AI chatbots diverse and complex chemistry problems and assess their outputs. Benefits This is a full-time or part-time remote position with flexible working hours. Choose from various projects and work on your own schedule. Projects are paid hourly, starting at $40+ USD per hour, with bonuses for high-quality and high-volume work. Qualifications A current, in progress, or completed Master''s and/or PhD is preferred but not required. Fluency in English (native or bilingual level). Demonstrate proficiency in chemistry and inductive/deductive reasoning. Pay Information The pay rate starts at $54.54 per hour, with opportunities for bonuses.
