Responsibilities include dispensing medications, offering clinical advice, and managing delivery services.Schedule:PRN - any hours and days between 8 AM and 8 PM, some on call (overnight). Able to offer 16 hours (2 shifts) per week consistently.ResponsibilitiesProvide clinical consultations to patients and recommend care plans to nurses, physicians, and hospice personnel.Evaluate medication profiles, ensure compliance, and recommend modifications to achieve therapeutic goals.Respond to customer questions and resolve issues promptly.Retrieve data from the pharmacy system.Manage medication orders efficiently.Ensure proper storage and security of medications.Maintain an organized, productive, and error-free work environment.QualificationsDoctor of Pharmacy Degree or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy.Current and valid Pharmacist License in good standing.Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.About Our Line Of BusinessOnePoint Patient Care, an affiliate of PharMerica, is a leading provider of community-based hospice pharmacy and pharmacy benefits management (PBM) services nationwide.
