Neighbourly Pharmacy is looking for a clinically focused Pharmacy Manager to join our established team at Sundre Community Drug Mart in Sundre, AB.Patient Focused Care Responsibilities:Lead, coach, and motivate the pharmacy team to deliver high-quality patient care.Oversee all pharmacy operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, dispensing, inventory, compounding, clinical care, and patient counseling.Liaise with other healthcare professionals to provide the best possible patient care.Maintain effective communication, scheduling, team direction, and implement new/updated policies and procedures.Perform staff performance reviews and support recruitment, training, and development.Promote a positive work environment and ensure labor policies are upheld.Collaborate with the Front Store team to enhance patient care and service offerings.Actively seek out new and innovative ways to improve processes.Manage P&L statements and achieve key operational targets (including but not limited to Labor, Inventory, Expense control).Qualifications:Licensed and in good standing with the Alberta College of Pharmacy.Injection certification is required.APA certification is an asset.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Self-motivated and able to work independently.Collaborative mindset with the ability to thrive in a team environment.Competitive wages and performance-based incentives.Robust sign-on bonus.Relocation assistance.Clinical service revenue bonus.Comprehensive health and dental benefits.License and malpractice reimbursement.5% RRSP matching.Opportunity for career growth and professional development support.Who We Are :Neighbourly Pharmacy is Canadas largest and fastest-growing network of community pharmacies.
