Working under minimal supervision, following written and verbal instructions and established practices, you will perform routine and semi-routine duties related to lens manufacturing, collect data such as KPIs, and support problem-solving.Use personal protective equipment as required.Follow safety guidelines and understand safety protocols.Create and maintain an organized workspace following 5S principles.Possess knowledge of, and perform tasks within, your department with a good understanding of the entire lab. Advanced knowledge of processes in two or more departments is required. Able to perform duties at 90% of the positions within your department.Handle various tasks within your department with minimal supervision.
