Were looking for a Strategic Partnership Manager to lead and grow high-impact relationships that unlock new markets, generate quality pipeline, and build long-term value.Youll be at the center of our partner ecosystem owning relationships, driving co-marketing and enablement, and making sure every partnership is set up for success.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the primary account manager for existing strategic partners nurturing key relationships and ensuring alignment with Comply Pros goalsDrive partner-led lead generation, working closely with Sales to ensure high-quality referrals and opportunitiesBuild and implement joint business plans with partners, aligning on shared objectives and value exchangeIdentify and secure new strategic partnerships that drive growth and extend Comply Pros reachDeliver partner enablement programs (training, onboarding, resources) to ensure partners are confident and capable promoters of Comply ProOrganize and lead partner events, feedback forums, and engagement sessions to build deeper alignmentProject manage cross-functional execution, collaborating with Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and EngineeringTrack performance and optimize based on data and feedback, ensuring every partnership delivers measurable outcomes Requirements5+ years in partnerships, business development, or account managementStrong commercial instincts you know how to spot, shape, and scale win-win opportunitiesExcellent communicator and relationship builder, both internally and externallyStrategic mindset with a hands-on, execution-first approachSelf-motivated, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environmentWillingness to travel up to 25% across Canada and the U.S. for partner meetings, events, and enablementAbility to travel to New Zealand 12 times per year for onboarding, strategic planning, and key company events.Bonus: experience in SaaS, compliance, construction tech, or GTM/channel partnershipsWhy Comply Pro?Were a fast-growing SaaS company helping thousands of businesses stay compliant across NZ, AU, Canada and the U.S. Backed by a sharp, passionate team and real market traction, were scaling fast and this role is key to unlocking our next chapter.Heres what we offer:Generous parental benefits because family mattersEmployee Share Option Program (ESOP) everyone deserves a stake in our successFlexible working were office-first but flexible day to dayBeautiful office spaces in Toronto, Vancouver, and AucklandPlease note: This role is based in Toronto and requires you to work from our vibrant office.
