A globally recognized hotel, located in downtown Toronto is seeking an experienced and visionary Food and Beverage Director to lead all F&B operations. This role is ideal for a dynamic, service-driven leader with a strong background in operations, team development, and financial oversight within hospitality environments.WHAT YOU'LL DO Oversee all F&B spaces including dining, bar, room service, and banquets/eventsDevelop and execute strategic plans to elevate guest experience and operational efficiencyLead, coach, and mentor department heads, chefs, and service staff to achieve excellence in service and consistencyDrive revenue growth and profitability through menu engineering, cost control, and innovative programmingCollaborate closely with the Executive Chef and Hotel General ManagerEnsure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standardsMaintain high guest satisfaction scores and implement guest feedback systemsWHAT YOU BRINGMinimum of 710 years of progressive F&B leadership experience in a 4- or 5-star hotel or resortProven track record of improving guest satisfaction and driving financial performanceStrong leadership and people management skillsExpertise in budgeting, forecasting, and inventory managementExceptional knowledge of food trends, wine/beverage programs, and service standardsBachelors degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
