We specialize in commercial construction, including high-rise multifamily, office towers, schools, retail stores and hospitals.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role located in Duncan, BC for a Junior Project Estimator. The Junior Project Estimator will be responsible for estimating the costs of materials, labour, and equipment required for construction projects. They will collaborate with the other on site estimator, project managers, supervisors, and other professionals to gather project requirements and create accurate project estimates. Additionally, the Junior Project Estimator will assist with analyzing project data, preparing reports, and maintaining project documentation.QualificationsDegree or diploma in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related fieldKnowledge of construction industry practices, materials, and techniquesStrong mathematical and analytical skillsProficiency in construction estimating software and Microsoft OfficeExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAttention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environmentAbility to read and interpret blueprints and construction plansExperience with BIM required, (Revisto is being used on the current project)Experience in project management or construction estimating is a plus
