This role is ideal for a professional who has transitioned from payroll operations into HR systems management.Key Responsibilities:Core HRIS Management:Maintain, configure, and optimize the core HRIS (e.g., ideally Dayforce but could have experience in: Workday, UKG, ADP, Oracle, SAP, BambooHR, etc.)Serve as a subject matter expert on system capabilities, workflows, and integrationsSupport data integrity by managing system audits, data uploads, and troubleshooting issuesDevelop and deliver HRIS reports and dashboards for stakeholdersCollaborate with cross-functional teams (HR, Finance (Payroll) IT) on system enhancements and new implementationsTrain HR team members and end-users on HRIS functionality and best practicesPayroll Support (as needed):Pull various reports from HRIS and Payroll to provide in depth analysis and insights on the organizations people strategy.Assist with payroll system integration and data flow to/from HRISStay current on payroll regulations and compliance)Support payroll team processes as requestedQualifications:35+ years of experience in HRIS administration and/or HR technology roles2+ years of experience in payroll processing or payroll operationsHands-on experience with one or more major HRIS platformsFamiliarity with payroll systems and their relationship with HRIS dataStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAdvanced Excel skills; comfort with reporting and data visualization toolsExcellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilitiesPreferred Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related fieldCertifications in HRIS or PayrollExperience with system migrations, implementations, or upgradesWhat You Bring:A proactive and solution-oriented mindsetFlexibility to pivot between systems work and operational tasksA collaborative spirit with a commitment to continuous improvementConfidence in your payroll knowledge while embracing a tech-driven HR futureThis is more than a jobits your opportunity to be part of something bigger.
