As an essential leader within the firm, the Director of Operations and Administration will drive operational excellence, aligning with the vision of the two Partners while ensuring seamless collaboration across a dynamic team. This role is pivotal in shaping workflows, leading the administrative team, and enhancing the premium client experience for their professional physician clientele. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong operational mindset, capable of translating the firms mission into actionable plans. What Youll Be DoingStrategic Leadership: shapes and operationalizes the Partners vision, mission, and goals through clear action plans and efficient workflows. Team Development: Lead and mentor a team of three administrative professionals, fostering growth and accountability. HR & Compliance: Manage HR functions, including scheduling, onboarding, vacation planning, and compliance. Project Management: Oversee both recurring and one-off initiatives, including client events, seminars, and business development opportunities. Client Experience: Ensure operational excellence to support a high-touch service model for discerning clients. Collaboration: Work closely with the Associate Advisor, Financial Planner, and Business Development Manager to align roles and optimize team performance.Liaison Role: Maintain strong relationships with National Bank Financial Groups head office and external partners. HR & Administrative Proficiency: Comfort managing HR functions and compliance. Project Management: Ability to oversee multiple initiatives with clear timelines and deliverables. Client-Centric Approach: Understanding of high-net-worth client expectations, particularly within the medical professional space. Communication & Diplomacy: Exceptional interpersonal skills to navigate relationships with stakeholders at all levels. Adaptability & Initiative: Thrives in a dynamic, growing business with evolving needs. Discretion & Confidentiality: Trusted with sensitive financial, client, and personnel information.
