With multiple high-rise and mid-rise residential projects under development, this role is an exciting opportunity to be part of landmark builds from the ground up.What Youll Be Doing:As the Senior Project Coordinator, youll work closely with the internal construction team, site staff, consultants, and trades to ensure smooth day-to-day project operations. Your key responsibilities will include:Change order review and cleanupSchedule tracking and milestone monitoringWork-in-progress (WIP) reportingContract and tender document reviewsTrade follow-up and RFI coordinationSite instruction preparation and distributionWhat Were Looking For:We are seeking someone with a background in either multi-family residential or commercial construction, who thrives in a dynamic environment and is eager to develop a deep understanding of the full construction cycle.3+ years of experience in a construction or development environmentStrong organizational and communication skillsComfortable working with drawings, contracts, and construction schedulesExperience liaising with trades, consultants, and site teamsProactive, detail-oriented, and solution-focusedWhy This Role?This is a rare opportunity to grow with a developer who builds and manages their own product.
