We have a rare opportunity for a Financial Service Manager to join Porsche Centre Victoria, if the thought of working with this prestigious brand excites you and you want to take your career to the next level, we want to hear from you!The Financial Services Manager at Porsche Centre Victoria plays a critical role in our sales team and works closely with the Sales Manager to create the best experience for our guests and maximum benefit for the sales department.Compensation, benefits and amazing perks:Highly competitive performance-based pay planOpportunities to expand and advance your career with Porsche Centre Victoria and the GAIN Group of CompaniesExtensive benefit packageEmployee discounts at all GAIN Group of Companies locationsA fun, positive team environmentSo much moreResponsibilities (include but are not limited to):Work with the Sales Manager and General Manager to produce additional revenue and support the sales departmentProduce additional revenue for the dealership by selling finance and insurance programs to new and used vehicle customersWork directly with customers to explain and recommend financing options, extended warranties, after-market products and other optionsVerify all documents are completed, submitted and filed correctlyMaintaining strong relationships with lending institutions to have program options and competitive ratesEnsure compliance by following all VSA and provincial regulationsWork with the sales team in planting the seed of financing, warranties, and insurancePrepare monthly reports on finance penetration to review with the Sales Manager/General ManagerRequirements:Knowledge of the automotive industry products, financing, leasing, warranties, insurances, etc.Adaptable to all types of people and personalities while maintaining professionalism3+ years of automotive sales experience1 2 years of automotive finance experience is preferredAbility to work collaboratively to reach dealership targetsThe initiative, drive, and attitude to achieve sales targets while maintaining high levels of client satisfactionExcellent verbal and written communication skills with strong organizational skillsReliable and honest with a strong work ethicHold a valid BC drivers licenseCurrent VSA License or the ability to obtain oneA criminal record check and drivers abstract will be required upon hire
