In this minimum 18-month maternity leave contact, as the Supply Chain Coordinator, a member of the Operations team, reporting to the Supply Chain manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service while handling inbound and outbound order management to ensure on-time customer delivery.What Youll Do:Maintaining customer websitesCreate worksheets to have visibility on production for next seasonCustomer orders: load platform with inventory, process orders received, communicate with the distribution centers (DC), upload and/or update the inventory in the DCs portal, processes new orders;Book appointments for all outgoing shipments on the customers Transport Management System;Keep track of incoming goods to ensure merchandise is arriving on time to meet customer order dates;Prepare DCs paperwork/instructions to ship on time and in full;Create bills of lading and packing slips;Create/print labels for the DCs;Process orders and invoices once the goods are shipped;Reach out to sales/buyers if there are any discrepancies with the orders received;Work with A/R to create Return AuthorizationsTracks and reports On Time and In Full performance;Is accountable for inventory accuracy throughout all ERPs;Processes B2C orders for both inhouse and external accounts;What You Need:Minimum 2 years experience in a similar roleExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent computer skills with knowledge of MS office SuiteBilingualOrganized and detail-oriented;Strong team playerCustomer focusedKnowledge of Visual 2000, an assetWhy join TKG!Enjoy your birthday off6 Personal DaysFlexible scheduleWellness allowanceRRSP matchingFull benefits including an EAPFree onsite parkingFree CoffeeWelcome giftEventsLearning & Developmentand much more!
