Senior Corporate Administrator - Remote On behalf of our client, a licensed Corporate Service Provider in Bermuda, we are searching for a suitably qualified and experienced individual to join their firm remotely from Canada on a full-time/long-term contract consultant arrangement.The Senior Corporate Administrator will be responsible for administering a portfolio of local and exempted entities in Bermuda, including licensed insurers and other regulated entities. Duties will include preparing for and attending board meetings, liaising with board members and company advisors, preparing and maintaining statutory documents and records, handling regulatory filings and compliance matters and performing ancillary governance tasks to ensure compliance of the administered companies legal obligations.Requirements:Bachelors degree in a relevant field, ideally with a Chartered qualification (or significant progress toward) from the Chartered Governance Institute of Canada or equivalent5+ years experience working in a corporate secretarial role managing a portfolio of international and local entities, incorporating entities and completing licensing applications for regulated entities and administration of licenses and permitsStrong experience performing KYC proceduresSolid knowledge of AML and ATF regulations, FATCA and CRS practicesDemonstrated ability to organize and manage a complex portfolio with minimal supervision and to operate in a demanding environment where additional hours will be required to meet client obligations from time to timeExperience with Viewpoint, PCLaw and on-line filing systems would be beneficial as would familiarity with financial reporting.Excellent written and verbal communication skills
