We are recruiting for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join a well-established, global manufacturing organization. This is a full-time, permanent role focused on delivering exceptional customer support, managing technical product orders, and acting as a key liaison between internal teams and customers.The CSR will manage a portfolio of clients while working collaboratively with the rest of the customer service team. This position requires a high level of accuracy in order processing, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to support sales activities through reporting, quoting, and CRM updates.Key Responsibilities:Process customer orders and inquiries accurately using SAP and CRM systems.Provide responsive and knowledgeable support to customers and the internal sales team.Generate quotes and manage complex price agreements.Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely, professional manner.Assist in tracking sales opportunities using platforms like Dodge, MERX, or CMD.Maintain up-to-date CRM records and contribute to monthly business performance reviews.Collaborate regularly with supply chain, logistics, and production teams to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.Participate in internal cross-functional meetings and occasional external events or customer visits.What We're Looking For:5+ years of customer service experience, ideally supporting technical or industrial products.Proficiency with SAP and CRM tools (Salesforce experience is an asset).Strong written and verbal communication skills; confident with customer-facing interactions.Exceptional attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while managing competing priorities.Comfortable with data reporting and contributing to business reviews.
