Job Posting: Construction Site SuperintendentLocation: Windsor, ONSalary: CA$100,000 CA$130,000 (Based on experience)Employment Type: Full-TimePrideNow is seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Superintendent to join our client's dynamic team in Windsor, Ontario.The successful candidate will play a critical role in leading field operations, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to the highest safety and quality standards.Key Responsibilities:Coordinate and lead daily on-site construction activities in collaboration with the project management teamSchedule trades, materials, and deliveries to meet project deadlines and budget goalsEnsure site safety in compliance with the Ontario Occupational Health and Safety Act.Implement the latest drawings, specifications, and details to ensure construction accuracyMaintain daily site logs and updates using Procore, communicating regularly with clients and consultantsPerform miscellaneous tasks including light carpentry, site organization, and general clean-up when requiredQualifications:Proven experience as a Site Superintendent in ground-up and tenant fit-out commercial/retail/hospitality constructionExperience with projects in retail, automotive retail, fitness centers, restaurants, and hotels preferredMulti-unit residential construction experience is an asset, but not requiredStrong understanding of the complete building process from start to finishExcellent communication and leadership skills with all project stakeholdersProficient in Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office; experience with Microsoft Project is an assetPost-secondary education or trade school accreditation is beneficial but not mandatoryMust be fluent in English and open to flexible hours including potential night work or phased renovationsWillingness to travel across Canada as required, with weekly return trips homeCompensation & Benefits:Competitive annual salary: $100,000 $130,000 (based on experience)Annual performance bonusRRSP contributionCompany-owned truck (including insurance and gas card)Laptop and cell phone providedHealth and dental benefitsPaid vacation and sick days
