Maintenance Engineer - Industrial Equipment Specialist Are you a skilled industrial equipment specialist looking for a new challenge? Do you have experience in maintenance tasks, troubleshooting and repairing, and safety and compliance? We are seeking a highly motivated Maintenance Engineer to join our team. As an industrial equipment specialist, your responsibilities will include: Maintenance Tasks: Performing corrective and preventative maintenance on industrial equipment in a production environment. This includes routine inspections, repairs, and replacements of equipment as needed. Troubleshooting and Repairing: Working as part of a team to troubleshoot and repair equipment, including gearboxes, pumps, and specific beer packaging and brewing equipment (e.g., bottle and can filler, bottle labeler, palletizers, depalletizers, packers, beer centrifuge). Safety and Compliance: Following plant safety, housekeeping, and food-production quality standards. You will be working in a fast-paced production environment where attention to detail and ability to work under pressure is essential. The ideal candidate will have 2-3+ years of experience as an industrial mechanic or millwright, a valid Red Seal Industrial Mechanic (Millwright) certification, and experience in the industrial mechanic/millwright trade, especially in a production facility. You will also need to be willing and able to work shift work (days and nights), optional overtime, and optional holidays. A strong interpersonal and communication skillset is required, along with the capability to learn computer-based maintenance software. Welding and/or machining experience is an asset but not necessary.
