**Sales Role Overview** We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic sales professional to join our team. This role involves net-new advertiser acquisition, where you will be responsible for reaching out to business owners, educating them on digital advertising, pitching the value of advertising, and helping them launch their first campaigns. Proactively prospect, pitch, and activate new small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) as advertisers. Use consultative selling techniques to educate businesses on how digital advertising can drive awareness, engagement, and growth. The ideal candidate will have strong prospecting skills, a comfort with high-volume outreach, and a passion for digital advertising. A familiarity with paid social or media sales is a plus. Sales Performance Metrics: Activate a minimum of 20 new business advertisers per month. Drive an average of $1,000+ in spend per activated advertiser. Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and CRM hygiene. Contribute to team revenue goals and advertiser graduation readiness. Requirements: A minimum of 2 years of validatable sales experience. Ability to undergo a comprehensive background check (Criminal, Credit, and Employment Check). No active contracts with other gigs while working with us. This is an outbound sales role that requires consultative selling skills and sourcing new leads.
