Digital Advertising Specialist As a Digital Advertising Specialist, you will be focused on acquiring new business advertisers and educating them on the value of digital advertising. You will use consultative selling to pitch the benefits of our platform and help businesses launch their first campaigns. You will have the opportunity to work with a leading social media platform and drive awareness, engagement, and growth for small and medium-sized businesses. Your performance metrics will include activating a minimum of 20 new business advertisers per month and driving an average of $1,000+ in spend per activated advertiser. Key Responsibilities: * Proactively prospect and pitch new SMB advertisers * Use consultative selling to educate businesses on digital advertising * Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and CRM hygiene Benefits: * Earn base pay ($24 CAD/hr) + commission * Get certified through Jumpcrew X (Twitter) * Work from the comfort of your own home (minimum 32 hours/week, Monday to Friday 9am-6pm EST) * Contribute to team revenue goals and advertiser graduation readiness Requirements: * At least 2 years of validatable sales experience * No active contract with a different gig * Willingness to undergo a comprehensive background check * Ability to do consultative selling and source new leads
