This role involves proactively prospecting, pitching, and activating new SMB advertisers. You''ll use consultative selling to educate businesses on how to drive awareness, engagement, and growth through digital advertising. The ideal candidate will have strong prospecting skills, a comfort with high-volume outreach, and familiarity with digital advertising, paid social, or media sales. In return, you''ll earn base pay ($24 CAD/hr) + commission and have the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home. We''re looking for someone who can activate a minimum of 20 new business advertisers per month, drive an average of $1,000+ in spend per activated advertiser, and maintain accurate pipeline tracking and CRM hygiene.
