Job Description: As a digital advertising specialist, you will be responsible for acquiring new business advertisers and educating them on the platform''s value. This role requires strong prospecting skills and the ability to use consultative selling techniques to drive awareness, engagement, and growth through digital advertising. Key Responsibilities: Proactively prospect, pitch, and activate new SMB advertisers. Use consultative selling to educate businesses on how we can drive awareness, engagement, and growth through digital advertising. What You Get: Earn base pay ($24 CAD/hr) + commission . Certification only takes 7 days . This is a flexible gig that can be worked from the comfort of your own home. The minimum requirement is 32 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm EST, but you''re welcome to work more hours if you''d like. Performance Metrics: Activate a minimum of 20 new business advertisers per month. Drive an average of $1,000+ in spend per activated advertiser. Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and CRM hygiene. Contribute to team revenue goals and advertiser graduation readiness. Mandatory Requirements: This opportunity is open to applicants with at least 2 years of validatable sales experience. Applicants must not have any active contracts with other gigs while working with us and must be willing to undergo a comprehensive background check (Criminal, Credit, and Employment Check). This is an outbound sales role, and successful applicants must be comfortable sourcing new leads and doing consultative selling to existing ones.
