Job Description

We''re looking for motivated and energetic Account Executives to help small and medium-sized businesses grow through digital advertising. In this role, you''ll focus on net-new advertiser acquisitionreaching out to business owners, educating them on the platform, pitching the value of advertising, and helping them launch their first campaigns. Key Responsibilities: Proactively prospect, pitch, and activate new SMB advertisers Use consultative selling to educate businesses on how we can drive awareness, engagement, and growth through digital advertising Requirements: Familiarity with digital advertising, paid social, or media sales a plus strong prospecting skills and comfort with high-volume outreach What You Get: Earn base pay + commission Certification provided by the company to get certified in 7 days This is a remote gig worked from the comfort of your own home A minimum of 32 hours a week, Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm EST Performance Metrics: Activate a minimum of 20 new business advertisers per month Drive an average of $1000+ in spend per activated advertiser Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and CRM hygiene Contribute to team revenue goals and advertiser graduation readiness Mandatory Requirements: Applicants must have at least 2 years of validatable sales experience No active contract with another gig while working for us Willingness to undergo a comprehensive background check (Criminal, Credit and Employment Check) Outbound sales role requiring consultative selling and sourcing new leads
